The color consistency, or chromaticity consistency, of an LED light source is critically important for lighting design. Non-experts can distinguish light sources that do not match, drawing attention to the defects in poor-quality illumination and away from the design intent. The marketing term “single binning” is not an objective measure of light quality and is used to mask the inconsistencies of imperfect light sources. Even industry-standard brands produce linear LEDs that vary noticeably in color temperature or other color quality different production batches do not match; and different products from the same manufacturer will have different color qualities that are noticeable to the human eye.

CELESTE™ Dim-to-Warm Linear Lighting
CELESTE™ Dim-to-Warm Linear Lighting, from Lucetta Lighting, delivers outstanding color rendering and dynamic performance for experiential environments like restaurants and entertainment spaces. Advanced, on-board circuitry eliminates the need for proprietary control systems in favor of a dimmer and power supply.
Dim-to-Warm features two color range options, 2700K-1800K or 3500K-2000K, to address different project types. Lumens range from 123-154 lumens per linear foot, with an R9 value between 96.4 and 97.
Dim-to-Warm can be used as is for maximum flexibility, or placed into a variety of extrusion types with multiple diffusion options.
