After working for a lighting distributor where she gained experience in managing projects from start to finish, Donna joined the International Lights family as a Project Manager in 2003. Since then, she has not only become a go-to person for anything our distributors and projects need, but is integral to the inner workings of IL. Heralded for her organizational skills, product knowledge and punctuality, many rely upon Donna to make sure projects run smoothly and that any problems are eliminated or prevented for the future. Before starting her career, Donna graduated with a degree in International Finance from Kutztown University. Although Donna jokingly says she enjoys coming into work to get time away from the kids, everyone knows that her favorite thing to do is spending time with family at the beach or on a boat!
